Charlottesville Family Medicine welcomes you to a health care practice dedicated to the entire family. We want to be your primary health care resource. We provide continuity of care to you at our office, at your home, or in extended care facilities.
At Charlottesville Family Medicine we have internal medicine physicians and family nurse practitioners with a wide variety of experience and expertise. Our specialties include family and geriatric care, as well as women’s health and diabetes education.
Charlottesville Family Medicine offers health care services to families in Charlottesville as well as the rest of Albemarle County and all surrounding counties such as Greene, Orange, and Fluvanna.
We have one office location with both lab and X-ray capabilities. It is located on the north side of town off US-29 at The Berkman Center, next to the Seminole Rescue Squad.
Our office is open for appointments weekdays from 7:30 am to noon, and from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. On Saturdays, we are only available for virtual visits from 8:30 am to 12:30pm.
For emergencies or urgent consultations, we are available around the clock. We ask that in an emergency you call 434.973.1831 or 888.389.7548.
We request that you schedule ahead of time and keep your appointments. If you are on daily medicines, please bring them with you.
For your convenience, we participate with most insurance companies. We will either give you an appropriate claim for you to submit to your insurance company, or we will submit your claim for you. Because of the cost of billing, it is important that the appropriate co-payments be made by you at the time of your visit. We do accept most credit cards.
